About the Client
The Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), hosted the Nano Electronics Roadshow and COSEIn 2025, a national-level conference aimed at accelerating India's innovation in semiconductors and nano-enabled technologies.
The event brought together leaders from academia, industry and government to discuss research, policy and progress in fields like healthcare tech, sensor innovation and space applications. With dignitaries, high-profile sessions, and real-time announcements, the event was both high-energy and high-stakes.
Challenge
Fast-paced environment with real-time updates, session changes, and spontaneous announcements.
Requirement to cover the entire event live, across multiple days, from inauguration to awards, without missing a beat.
Ensure every output reflected the technical depth and national significance of the event, while also staying accessible and engaging to a LinkedIn audience.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (delegates, organisers, sponsors) while keeping up with the energy on the ground.
Maintain tone consistency, visual clarity, and creative speed, often posting while the event was still unfolding.
Approach
Real-time social media execution: Our team was embedded on the ground, capturing, creating, and publishing live content—including key quotes, moments, speaker highlights, and panel insights.
Maintained a close line of communication with the primary point of contact from CeNSE, who ensured we stayed informed with every event update, schedule tweak, or on-the-fly decision.
Developed a storytelling narrative rooted in the theme of nanoelectronics—tying posts back to innovation, scale, and national importance.
Integrated content beyond the obvious: behind-the-scenes snapshots, volunteer shoutouts, and sponsor appreciation that felt thoughtful and earned.
Leveraged official content (like the introductory video) to create post-event repurposing assets, ensuring the event’s impact extended far beyond its closing day.
Results
Successfully captured and posted over 20+ real-time updates across sessions.
High engagement across stakeholders and industry professionals on LinkedIn—including re-shares from organisers and mentions by PIB (Press Information Bureau), lending national visibility to the event.
Meaningfully showcased the event’s Silicon Sponsors with contextual storytelling aligned with the industry theme.
Our agility and presence were recognised and appreciated by the organising teams, setting the stage for potential future collaborations.
